I met Pete while working together on construction projects. As we worked with contractors day after day, we noticed the same problem happening over and over again: great companies were losing good jobs because they couldn't keep up with lead follow-up.

For more than 10 years, I've worked alongside contractors, public adjusters, restoration companies, roofers, mold remediation specialists, plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and other skilled trades professionals. I've seen firsthand how jobs are won, how leads are lost, and how poor follow-up can cost a company thousands of dollars in missed revenue.
Pete's Background
Before co-founding Forged Leads, Pete spent more than 19 years in the banking and financial services industry, helping business owners secure the funding they needed to grow their companies. Through business lending and financing solutions, he worked closely with entrepreneurs across many industries and gained a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face every day — from managing cash flow and scaling operations to generating consistent revenue.
That experience revealed a common problem: too many leads went unanswered, follow-ups were delayed, and potential customers chose competitors who responded faster.
